Great question! In the collecting world, "die‑cast" means a model with a metal body (usually made from a zinc alloy). They're not always 100% metal – some parts might be plastic – but the main body is cast metal, which gives them that satisfying weight and feel.

Think of scale like this: if you take a real car and chop it into 18 equal pieces, one of those pieces is the size of a 1:18 scale model. To give you a rough idea: 1:18 models are about 10‑12 inches long, 1:24 are 7‑8 inches, 1:32 are 4‑5 inches, 1:64 are about 3 inches, and 1:12 are 13‑15 inches. ⏱️ Timeframe
You've got 21 days from the order date to let us know about any returns or exchanges. Just reach out, and we'll guide you through the process.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items
Please check your order as soon as it lands. If anything's damaged or not quite right, tell us right away – we need to file claims with carriers quickly, and we want to get you sorted as fast as possible.

🔧 Condition & Packaging
Items must come back in their original factory condition, inside the original box, just as the manufacturer packed them. Please don't glue or attempt repairs without checking with us first – we can't accept items that have been altered or returned without their original packaging.

🌍 International Forwarding
If you use a US freight forwarder and then ship internationally, we can't take responsibility for any damage that happens on that second leg of the journey.

🚚 Shipping Costs
Postage costs are non‑refundable, unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item. In that case, we'll arrange a return label or pickup. Once we receive the incorrect item, we'll ship out the right one or issue a full refund if it's no longer available. Just let us know about wrong items within 7 days of delivery.

📬 Unclaimed / Undeliverable
If a package is unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, we'll cancel and refund your order – but we'll deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
