At ANJ Cars, we take pride in getting your collector models to you safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.
Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery area and with household members or neighbors. You may also contact the carrier directly for additional information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package every order to help protect your collector model during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation process.
ANJ Cars is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed before shipment, we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
At this time, ANJ Cars primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability, when offered, will be displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
