Items must be returned in their original factory condition and inside the original box, packed exactly as the manufacturer shipped them. Never glue or repair parts without our written authorisation – items that have been glued or returned without the original box will not be accepted.
🌍 International Forwarding
If your order is sent to a US‑based freight forwarder and then forwarded internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during that second leg of transit.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable, except when we send you the wrong item. In that rare case, contact us to arrange a return label or pickup.
