During World War II, the Supermarine Walrus proved its versatility across multiple theaters of war. Items must be returned in their original factory condition and inside the original box, packed exactly as the manufacturer shipped them. Never glue or repair parts without our written authorisation – items that have been glued or returned without the original box will not be accepted.
🌍 International Forwarding
If your order is sent to a US‑based freight forwarder and then forwarded internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during that second leg of transit.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable, except when we send you the wrong item. In that rare case, contact us to arrange a return label or pickup. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we'll send you the correct replacement or issue a full refund if the correct item is out of stock. Please notify us of any wrong item ASAP.
