Condition & Packaging
Items must be returned in their original factory condition and inside the original box.
International Forwarding
If your order is sent to a US-based freight forwarder and then forwarded internationally, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during that second leg of transit.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except when we send you the wrong item.
